Blood on the Beach

Like most of the dreams I have a chance to remember the plot has either already been revealed to me or has remained to be seen. Like turning on your TV and noticing a movie or your favorite show with a new episode and the movie or the show it already a good portion in or is almost over making the chances of understanding what you were watching more difficult. luckily for me i was able to retrieve certain memories that will serve as the guidelines for my waking life if I can manage to find the connections between what i saw, and what I understood for myself compared to what the actual meaning to the symbols are.

I remember riding along side friends or family could really tell this early in the dream but i did know that we were on our way to the beach. About five minutes away from a good parking spot the beach was in plane sight with a great overcast sky and a mini sunset. (the perfect kind of dream right?) I was able to enjoy this portion of the dream quite well. some drinks, laughs, and toes in the sand. An untrained mind like mine has no control or concept of time and space while dreaming. This allows the person dreaming to travel as far as the minds limitations can take them. This is how certain people with OBE (outer body experience) can see into their futures and better understand certain events and outcomes that may or may not come to in their lives. That being said. my dream shifts dramatically to the next scene without warning or hesitation. I was now staring directly at my friends arm that some how had a small yet deep cut that had small amounts of blood coming out of the wound. Though much advise was given to stitch the wound my friends would have much rather admire the wound and the blood than to heal it. he said he'll be fine and we walked back to the beach which at this point was dark and colder. maybe we were about to make a bond fire can really tell because this was the end of my dream.

In order for me to begin to understand any of dream I first have to pick out the key words, color schemes, items, and your surroundings. What I took out was  /BEACH/ /SUNSET/ /BLOOD/ /CUT/  to start off. The symbol behind seeing the beach in your dream symbolizes the meeting between your two states of mind. The sand is symbolic of the rational and mental processes while the water signifies the irrational, unsteady, and emotional aspects of yourself. Its a place of transition between the physical/material and the spiritual. Looking out toward the ocean indicates the unknown and major changes that are occurring in your life. Always consider the state of the ocean, whether its calm, pleasant, forbidden, etc. In this case my ocean was calm, and tranquil. If you find yourself looking at the beach shore this suggests that you are returning to what is familiar to you. Alternatively, you may be adapting or accepting to the changes and circumstances in your life. We never made it out to the ocean just sort of relaxed on the sand admiring from a distance which also suggests that the week or next few days should be just as calm as you saw your ocean and some or all of your stress will be alleviated or that you will find some sort of peace of mind.Sunsets are also a huge symbol for peace of mind so to see one means just that!

Considering the natural oxidized color of blood, red is easily a symbol of passion, love and even anger. There are many ways to interpret blood for example, If you see the word "blood" written in your dream, then it may refer to some situation in your life that is permanent and cannot be changed. If something else is written in blood, then it represents the energy you have put into a project. You have invested so much effort into something that you are not willing to give it up. If you dream of blood on the walls, then it is a warning of sorts. There is a situation that you need to confront. You can not avoid it any longer. More specifically, if blood is on the bathroom walls, then it indicates that the situation that you need to confront is an extremely emotional one.
To dream that you are bleeding or losing blood signifies that you are suffering from exhaustion or that you are feeling emotionally drained. It may also denote bitter confrontations between you and your friends.  Some of your past actions have come back to haunt you. Women often dream of blood or of someone bleeding shortly before or during their periods or while they are pregnant. For a pregnant woman in particular, blood in dreams is symbolic of the life force that they are carrying. Such dreams are also a reminder to take things slow.
To dream that you are giving or donating blood suggests that you are feeling physically drained due to stress. If blood is squirting everywhere, then the dream implies that you are experiencing some deep emotional stress. You are literally bursting.
To dream that you are drinking blood indicates that you have a fresh burst of vitality and power. If you dream that you are coughing blood, then it represents wasted energy. You are spending too much time on counterproductive activities. I saw someone bleeding which symbolizes that someone is trying to reach out emotionally. The cut is also a cry for help. It can represent someone is trying to "open up" to me, which is why you see it as an open wound.

I hope everyone enjoyed the read and I hope these dream interpretations help out in some way later on for you just as they helped me. One Love

Reoccuring Dreams

Most dreams contain messages that serve to teach you something about yourself. However, soon after you wake up to go about your daily routine, you tend to quickly forget what you dream about. The message in recurring dreams may be so important and/or powerful that it refuses to go away. The frequent repetition of such dreams forces you to pay attention and confront the dream. It is desperately trying to tell you something.  Such dreams are often nightmarish or frightening in their content, which also helps you to take notice and pay attention to them.
Recurring dreams are quite common and are often triggered by a certain life situation, transitional phase in life or a problem that keeps coming back again and again. These dreams may recur daily, once a week, or once a month. Whatever the frequency, there is little variation in the dream content itself. Such dreams may be highlighting a personal weakness, fear, or your inability to cope with something in your life - past or present. The repetitive patterns in your dream reveal some of the most valuable information about yourself. It may point to a conflict, situation or matter in your waking life that remains unresolved or unsettled. Some urgent underlying message in your unconscious is demanding to be understood.
